EcoPump AD Package – Professional Low-Pressure Material Supply System

The EcoPump AD Package is a fully integrated and highly reliable paint supply system by Dürr, specifically engineered for industrial coating processes that require consistent material flow, ATEX safety compliance, and uninterrupted long-duration operation.

This pneumatic low-pressure diaphragm pump operates exclusively with compressed air and contains no electrical components, making it completely suitable for hazardous ATEX zones (Zone 1 & 2).

Design & Functionality

The system is modular and can be configured with various mounting options—transport trolley, mobile stand, or wall mount.
It consists of:

• EcoPump AD diaphragm pump

• Air maintenance unit with filters and regulators

• Material filter with depressurization ball valve

• EcoFlow LPF material pressure regulator

• Distributor block (up to 3 spray guns)

• Suction module (lance or 5L feed cup)

The internal flow path is fully protected by high-performance filters to ensure clean material delivery without contamination.
The pump provides smooth, pulse-reduced operation, delivering a constant material flow for a uniform and high-quality finish.
