DURR EcoGun AA MAN Air-assist
DURR EcoGun AA MAN Air-assist
The EcoGun 2100 AirCombi is a high-pressure manual spray gun designed for air-assisted and airless coating applications. It combines high material pressure (120 or 250 bar) with compressed-air support to achieve fine atomization, excellent finish quality, and optimal transfer efficiency. Fully ATEX-approved, it is ideal for industrial coating of flammable and non-flammable paints.
The EcoGun 2100 AirCombi by Dürr is a high-performance manual spray gun developed for precision surface coating using high-pressure material feed with air-assisted atomization. It is engineered for industrial environments where consistent film build, high transfer efficiency, and top-tier finish quality are essential.
This high-pressure gun is suitable for both flammable and non-flammable paints and carries full ATEX certification for Zones 1 and 2 (II 2G T60°C X), ensuring safe operation in hazardous atmospheres.
Material is supplied through high-pressure lines (120 or 250 bar), while compressed air provides additional shaping and fine-atomization.
Key factors influencing the spray pattern:
Air-cap alignment
Spraying air pressure (affects fineness and edge softness)
Material pressure (controls flow rate and atomization)
Nozzle size (defines volume and angle of the spray fan)
Two pressure variants are available:
120 bar version – ideal for general industrial and woodworking coatings
250 bar version – recommended for abrasive materials
Both versions can be equipped with either a long or short filter depending on material viscosity and color particle size.
Combines the efficiency of airless with the finish quality of air spray.
