EcoPump2 VP Package – Industrial High-Pressure Paint Supply System

The EcoPump2 VP Package by Dürr is a high-performance, pneumatic high-pressure pumping system engineered to deliver maximum reliability, safety, and material consistency in demanding industrial coating environments. Designed for both airless and air-assisted applications, it is fully compliant with ATEX II 2G Ex h IIA T6 Gb X, making it suitable for use in explosive atmospheres (Zones 1 & 2).

The system is 100% pneumatic, with no electrical components, offering safe operation in hazardous areas and ensuring long service life with minimal maintenance.

Modular Architecture & Smart System Layout

The EcoPump2 VP Package can be configured flexibly depending on application needs. It may include:

• EcoPump2 VP high-pressure pneumatic pump (available in multiple pressure/flow versions)

• High-pressure filter for removing contaminants before material reaches the gun

• Pressure controller for precise material pressure regulation

• Maintenance unit for compressed air preparation (filter + regulator)

• Suction module (rigid or flexible lances, feed cup, different lengths)

• Recirculation / pressure-relief module

• Distributor block with up to 3 material outlets

High-Pressure Pumping Technology

The EcoPump2 VP pump delivers stable high-pressure output for consistent atomization quality across a wide range of coating materials. Depending on the version, the pump can handle materials from 3 to 5000 mPas and reach high pressures suitable for airless spraying.
