EcoGun 2100 AirCombi – High-Pressure Manual Air-Assisted Spray Gun

The EcoGun 2100 AirCombi by Dürr is a high-performance manual spray gun developed for precision surface coating using high-pressure material feed with air-assisted atomization. It is engineered for industrial environments where consistent film build, high transfer efficiency, and top-tier finish quality are essential.

This high-pressure gun is suitable for both flammable and non-flammable paints and carries full ATEX certification for Zones 1 and 2 (II 2G T60°C X), ensuring safe operation in hazardous atmospheres.

Design & Function

Material is supplied through high-pressure lines (120 or 250 bar), while compressed air provides additional shaping and fine-atomization.
Key factors influencing the spray pattern:

  • Air-cap alignment

  • Spraying air pressure (affects fineness and edge softness)

  • Material pressure (controls flow rate and atomization)

  • Nozzle size (defines volume and angle of the spray fan)

Two pressure variants are available:

  • 120 bar version – ideal for general industrial and woodworking coatings

  • 250 bar version – recommended for abrasive materials

Both versions can be equipped with either a long or short filter depending on material viscosity and color particle size.
