Manual airless spray gun

Manual airless spray guns are suitable for high pressure paint application. They can be used for anti corrosion protection coating of large steel structures or coating of wood structures. Functionality can be extended by using extensions which can help to paint areas which are difficult to reach. The modular design of these extensions allows to assemble different lengths and angles. Airless spray guns may be used with reversible nozzles that are available in a large number of sizes and angles.

EcoGun AL MAN 300 – Airless Manual Spray Gun

Short Description
The EcoGun AL MAN 300 is a hand-held airless spray gun designed for high-pressure surface coating applications up to 300 bar, without the use of compressed air for atomization. Material is supplied via high-pressure lines, making it ideal for industrial coating with flammable, non-flammable and even highly viscous materials, depending on the variant. The gun is ATEX-approved for use in Ex zones 1 and 2.

Detailed Description

The EcoGun AL MAN 300 is a professional airless spray gun for manual surface coating in high-pressure applications. Depending on the variant, it is designed for the application of paints, varnishes, stains, oils as well as highly viscous sealants and adhesives. The material is delivered through high-pressure lines and applied at up to 300 bar, providing excellent atomization and high transfer efficiency.

Unlike conventional air-spray guns, the EcoGun AL MAN 300 does not use atomizing air; coating is realized purely through material pressure, resulting in reduced overspray and improved material efficiency. The gun is approved for industrial use in accordance with its technical data and is certified for use in Ex Zones 1 and 2 with flammable materials, provided proper grounding and conductive hoses are used.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Hand-held airless spray gun for high-pressure coating up to 300 bar.
  • Suitable for flammable and non-flammable coating materials (depending on variant).
