Rotary atomizer with external charge.
This high-speed rotating atomizer is suitable for the electrostatic application of all water borne paint. It was developed especially for high paint flow rates and high painting speeds. The bell disk is powered by an air turbine. The paint material, atomized at the bell disk edge by centripetal force is charged with external high tension electrodes.
Homogeneous atomizing at flow rates of 50ml/min to 700ml/min produces significantly greater painting capacity, whilst maintaining the surface quality that is expected from the EcoBell2 SL EC atomizer.
Suitable for water-borne applications. Galvanic separation to the paint supply is not required.
